Well! We had talked about it, hinted at it and
threatened it! But finally in February of 2007 The Vice Girls
finally went international!
Yes, the girls travelled to Gran Canaria to take part in the
Island Festival! The girls performed to a packed crowd in
Ricky’s Cabaret Bar in the infamous Yumbo Centre, before touring
the bars and causing mayhem wherever they went!
This was the first time the girls had been back together since
2005, but they had lost none of their edge!
Back home Veronica expanded her hosting duties joining Vice Girls
Musical Director Daniel Walker aka DJ DanLisa to host a fun-filled
cabaret night in Manchester’s famous Hollywood Showbar.
Continuing her hosting she also hosted an action packed tribute to
Eurovision in View bar, once again in the Gay Village, stealing the
show [and Miss Clit’s old Dana International routine] playing to
type as a drunken old good-time gal!
This was followed closely by her hosting the fabulous Miss High Heels
in View, crowning Miss Muffy as Miss High Heels 2007 whilst also
performing herself, with a fabulous rendition of Shirley Bassey’s Get
The Party Started and Goldfinger, starring alongside TROUBLE, featuring
the infamous Miss Whiplash and her partner in crime Bobbie Dazzler.

A new big gig for Veronica came about with the launch of FLAUNT, DJ
DanLisa’s new club night, and of course a return home to Chesterfield.
Once again starring alongside Miss Whiplash and Bobbie Dazzler, along
with Miss High Heels 2007 Miss Muffy, Veronica is the compere of this
new monthly night on the first Monday of every month in Livingstones
in Chesterfield. Keeping the night flowing, stripping young men and
releasing the balloons in the balloon drop are amongst Veronica’s many
tasks…all completed with her headset microphone and sarcastic wit!
Next came Veronica’s gig of the year! Hosting the Main Stage at Manchester
Pride 2007!
Veronica was asked back to not just hand over her crown as Queen of Pride
but co-host this year’s competition. Along with the infamous Polly from
the Village’s Taurus Bar, she crowned two lesbians as King & Queen of Pride!
But seeing as no drag queen was crowned… Veronica has kept the title for another
year!
Then the big one came along... The REUNION!
The first time all three girls were back together since the fallout! And what a
reunion it was... there were even rehearsals!
Opening with a glorious call to the stage by Veronica… into a classic of Bananarama,
I Heard A Rumour. Then came the solos, Miss Clit sturning back time as Cher, and losing
not one but two wigs in the process! Then Veronica turned all sexy wearing just a blazer
and tights to do a modern take on Dame Shirley’s Big Spender... followed by Ethel
cheer-leading to Avril Lavigne’s Girlfriend.
Then the finale... the dance mix of Girls Aloud Sexy No No No! With the girls looking...
Sexy YES YES YES!
Then an emotional thank you from the one and only DanLisa, promoter of FLAUNT!
And the year didn’t end there…
Veronica worked with Nana for FLAUNT November, then came a World AIDS Day Special...
then STOCKING FELLAS 3! The Vice Girls THIRD Christmas show!
Miss Clit was stuck in London, but the girls were joined by ‘Old Vice’ the one and only
Nana for a fabulous Christmas show... Merry Xmas Everybody... Jane McDonalds' Cruise into
Christmas AGAIN and even a live Kylie and Dannii duet of Kids by Veronica and Ethel. A truly
amazing night and the perfect end to the year!
